What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name (if provided) and the content of your message. We use this data to reply to your enquiry and to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records your IP address, the page you requested, the date and time, and technical details of your browser. This data is used to keep the site working and secure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies. It does not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

If you choose to show the Google Maps embed on the contact page, Google may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

Contact form data is kept for the time necessary to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
